An SH Car Rentals day is 10 hours and 200 km inside Lahore. After that, overtime is Rs 600 an hour and extra distance is Rs 10 a kilometre. Fuel, tolls and parking are paid separately. A 25% advance confirms the booking, and you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup.
These terms apply to every booking, whatever the car. They are published here so you can work out the full cost of a day before you message us, not after the car comes back.

The rental day
How a Rental Day Is Counted
The day starts at the pickup time you booked, not when you get into the car. It runs for 10 hours. Each hour after that is Rs 600.
Inside Lahore, the day includes 200 km. Most city days never reach it. Past 200 km, each extra kilometre is Rs 10.
Here is a real example. A family books a Kia Sportage at Rs 12,000 for an evening function. The car is picked up at 2pm and dropped home at 1am, which is 11 hours, so one hour of overtime adds Rs 600. The day covers 150 km, so there is no distance charge. With the Rs 500 driver food allowance, the day comes to Rs 13,100, plus the fuel used.

What Is Always Charged Separately
- Fuel. Never included in any rate.
- Tolls. Motorway and Ring Road tolls are paid as they come up.
- Parking. Paid where the car parks.
- Driver food allowance. Rs 500 a day inside Lahore.
- Driver night allowance. Rs 2,000 for each night outside Lahore.
Outstation
Trips Outside Lahore
When a trip leaves the city, the car is charged at its outstation day rate instead of the Lahore rate. The outstation rate has no per-kilometre charge, so the distance is settled before you leave. Tolls and fuel are still extra.

Booking
Booking, Advance Payment and Cancellation
To book, send a photo of your CNIC, or your passport if you are visiting, on WhatsApp. There is no driving licence to show and no security deposit, because you are not driving the car.
A 25% advance holds the car for your date. You can pay it in cash, by bank transfer or with a mobile wallet. The rest is paid at the end of the hire.
If your plans change, cancel at least 24 hours before pickup and nothing is charged. Inside 24 hours, the advance is kept.
If something goes wrong
Insurance, Breakdowns and Replacement Cars
Every car in the fleet is fully insured, and the driver is responsible for the car throughout the booking. If a car develops a fault, we send a replacement car straight away, in Lahore or on the road outside it. Support runs 24 hours a day on 0317-4440498.

How many hours is one rental day?
Ten hours, counted from the pickup time you booked.
Is there a kilometre limit?
Yes. A day inside Lahore covers 200 km. After that it is Rs 10 per kilometre. Trips outside Lahore use the outstation rate instead and have no per-kilometre charge.
What does overtime cost?
Rs 600 for each hour past the tenth hour.
Is fuel included in the rate?
No. Fuel is billed separately on every booking, and so are tolls and parking.
Do I pay for the driver’s food?
Inside Lahore there is a driver food allowance of Rs 500 a day. On trips outside Lahore the driver allowance is Rs 2,000 per night.
How much advance do I need to pay?
25% of the booking total. The balance is paid at the end of the hire.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup. Inside 24 hours, the 25% advance is kept.
Do you take a security deposit?
No. There is no security cheque and no deposit, because the car always comes with our driver.
What documents do I need?
A photo of your CNIC, or your passport if you are visiting. You send it on WhatsApp when you book.
